1. Merchant and scope
Eleven10.tech is operated by Eleven 10 Solutions LLC. These Terms of Sale apply to consumer electronics, accessories, related services, and layaway reservations offered through this website. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, can enter a binding agreement, and provided accurate contact, billing, and delivery information.
A checkout submission is an offer to purchase. We accept the order only when we send a confirmation that the order has been accepted. We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance for inventory, pricing, fraud-prevention, compliance, or payment reasons.
2. Products and condition
- New products are sold as new unless the product page states otherwise.
- Certified pre-owned products may show ordinary cosmetic wear consistent with the disclosed grade and inspection record.
- Images are illustrative. Color and screen appearance can vary, but the model, capacity, carrier status, condition, and included accessories stated in the accepted order control.
- Customers are responsible for confirming carrier, network, software, and accessory compatibility before ordering.
3. Pricing, taxes, and payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Shipping, taxes, optional services, duties when collected, and other charges are itemized before final order submission. We may correct an obvious pricing or catalog error before accepting an order and will request approval before charging a corrected amount.
When card payments are enabled, payment information will be processed by the identified payment processor under its own terms and privacy policy. Eleven10.tech does not intentionally store complete card numbers. A payment authorization is not final acceptance of an order.
4. Fulfillment and delivery
In-stock certified devices are allocated after order acceptance and cleared payment. New on-demand devices may require procurement from a supplier after payment. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Shipping rules, delay options, risk of loss, customs responsibilities, and address requirements are described in the Shipping Policy.
5. Returns, refunds, and cancellations
Eligible returns and refunds are governed by the Return and Refund Policy displayed at checkout. Layaway cancellations are governed separately by the Layaway Policy and the plan summary accepted by the customer. Nothing in these policies limits a non-waivable right or remedy provided by applicable law.
6. Warranties
Any manufacturer warranty is provided by the manufacturer under its own terms and may vary by destination. A certified inspection is not a manufacturer warranty. Except for express written promises and rights that cannot legally be excluded, products and services are provided on an as-available basis. We do not exclude implied warranties where applicable law prohibits exclusion.
7. Acceptable use and fraud prevention
You may not use the store for unlawful purchases, resale fraud, payment abuse, account impersonation, sanctions evasion, export-control violations, or interference with the website. We may verify identity, delivery information, end destination, or payment authorization and may limit quantities or cancel suspicious or restricted orders.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eleven 10 Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from an order or use of the website. Any direct liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where applicable law requires otherwise. This limitation does not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, or other liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Disputes and governing law
Please contact support first so we can investigate billing, delivery, or product concerns. These terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless applicable consumer law requires another forum, disputes may be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Orange County, Florida. These terms do not require private arbitration or waive a customer right to participate in a class action. Mandatory consumer protections in the customer's destination remain applicable when they cannot lawfully be waived.
10. Changes and severability
The version accepted at checkout governs that order. Later changes apply only prospectively. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
