Processing and delivery estimates

Available destinations, shipping charges, and estimated timing are shown during checkout or in the order confirmation. In-stock and new-on-demand products may have different processing times. Business days exclude weekends and carrier holidays. Estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated as guaranteed.

Online-order delay rights

We maintain a reasonable basis for advertised shipping estimates. If we cannot ship within the promised time, or within 30 days when no shipping time was stated, we will provide a delay notice and the option to consent to the revised date or cancel for a prompt refund, as applicable.

Address and delivery controls

• Customers must provide a complete deliverable address and promptly report corrections before shipment.
• High-value shipments may require signature, identity confirmation, or delivery to a verified address.
• Carrier rerouting or forwarding may be restricted for fraud prevention.
• Risk of loss transfers when the order is delivered to the verified destination, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Tracking and delivery issues

Tracking is sent when available. Contact support promptly if tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, if the package arrives damaged, or if tracking stops updating. We will coordinate with the carrier and may require reasonable documentation.

International destinations

International shipping is offered only to countries and services presented as available during checkout. An international order remains subject to payment review, carrier acceptance, sanctions screening, export controls, product compatibility, and import restrictions. We may cancel and refund an order that cannot lawfully or reliably be shipped.

• The recipient is the importer of record unless checkout expressly states otherwise.
• Import duties, VAT, brokerage, customs storage, and local fees are the recipient's responsibility when not collected at checkout.
• The customer must verify carrier, frequency-band, charger, warranty, and regulatory compatibility at the destination.
• False customs values, descriptions, or gift declarations will not be provided.
• Lithium-battery and high-value-device restrictions may limit carriers, destinations, quantities, or delivery methods.
