Warranty coverage depends on the product and order details. When a 12-month warranty is included, it covers eligible hardware defects under the terms shown at checkout. It does not cover accidental or liquid damage, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or ordinary cosmetic wear.

Certified stock is inspected and documented before it is listed. The product page or device report shows available condition, battery, and inspection details. Cosmetic wear, when present, follows the condition information disclosed for that device.

Choose new for unopened inventory or certified stock for professionally inspected devices with disclosed condition details. Compare the product images, condition information, battery details, and included accessories before checkout.

Yes. We list genuine devices and identify the model, capacity, carrier status, condition, and included accessories in the product and order details. Customers should confirm carrier, network, software, and accessory compatibility before ordering.

Available destinations, shipping charges, and estimated timing are shown during checkout or in your order confirmation. Processing begins after payment clears, inventory is allocated, and any required review is complete. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless explicitly stated.

International shipping is available only to the countries and services presented at checkout. Orders remain subject to carrier acceptance, payment review, customs, sanctions screening, export controls, product compatibility, and import restrictions.

Contact us within 14 calendar days after confirmed delivery to request a return authorization. Eligibility depends on the product condition, included accessories, packaging, activation status, and the Return and Refund Policy. Layaway cancellations follow the separate Layaway Policy.

When Eleven10 Layaway is enabled and offered at checkout, the plan summary shows the down payment, remaining balance, payment schedule, and applicable terms. Layaway reserves the merchandise; the device is delivered only after the plan is paid in full.

An optional protection plan is available only when it is shown and accepted at checkout. Its price, coverage, exclusions, and cancellation terms are displayed before you submit the order. Do not assume protection is included unless it appears in your order summary.
