Information we collect

• Identifiers and contact details, including name, email, telephone number, billing address, shipping address, and account identifiers.
• Order, payment-status, layaway, return, support, review, and device-related records.
• Authentication information from email sign-in or Google sign-in. We do not receive your Google password.
• Technical information such as IP address, browser, device type, security signals, cookie identifiers, and activity needed to operate and protect the service.
• Content you provide, including support messages, reviews, profile photos, and review images.

How we use information

• Process and fulfill orders, reservations, payments, refunds, returns, and customer support requests.
• Authenticate accounts, prevent fraud, protect inventory, secure the website, and maintain audit records.
• Send transactional messages about access codes, orders, payment schedules, delivery, returns, and policy changes.
• Operate, troubleshoot, measure, and improve the website and product catalog.
• Comply with legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, export-control, and dispute-resolution obligations.

Analytics and consent

We use first-party operational analytics and may use PostHog and Google Analytics for product analytics when configured. Optional analytics remains disabled until you select the analytics preference shown on the website. We configure analytics to avoid recording payment fields, passwords, or free-form form content, disable advertising personalization, and do not enable session replay by default. You can change your choice by clearing the analytics preference in your browser.

How information is disclosed

We disclose only information reasonably needed for the service or required by law. Service providers are expected to process information under contractual or legal restrictions.

• Hosting and infrastructure providers, including Hostinger and Supabase.
• Authentication, security, communications, and analytics providers, including Google, Cloudflare, Gmail, Resend, or PostHog when configured.
• Payment processors, including Stripe when card processing is enabled. Their handling of payment data is governed by their own notices.
• Shipping carriers, customs intermediaries, suppliers, professional advisers, insurers, auditors, authorities, or a successor in a legitimate business transaction.

Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and browser storage for sessions, language preference, cart contents, security, consent choices, and essential site operation. Optional analytics storage is used only after consent where the analytics integration is enabled. Disabling essential technologies may prevent login, cart, or checkout functions. We do not currently sell personal information for money or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention and security

We retain records for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including fulfillment, warranty, fraud prevention, accounting, legal compliance, and dispute handling. Retention periods vary by record type. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your privacy choices

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of eligible personal information, or object to certain processing. We may verify your identity and retain information where an exception applies. Send requests to the support email below with the subject 'Privacy Request.' You may appeal a denied request by replying with 'Privacy Appeal.'

Children and international visitors

The store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Information may be processed in the United States. Visitors from other jurisdictions should use the service only where its terms and data processing are lawful.

Policy changes

We may update this policy prospectively. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and, when appropriate, an additional notice.
